Upcoming Schedule:

ATTENTION:

Current and prospective Northeast Storm Hockey Club players:

Information regarding summer ice and conditioning.
  • Summer skates/conditioning will be held (on and off ice) at likely the Chiller Easton (there are still some issues with ice availability, but we should be able to continue at Easton).
  • Players entering the 7th or 8th grade in the Fall of 2019 are eligible to participate in the summer ice sessions as a bridge program into the Storm organization.
  • Summer skates will begin in June (once ice is secured, dates will be posted to the Storm website).
  • We generally have ice once per week through June and July and twice a week in August leading up to tryouts at end of August.
  • Summer ice this year for players entering grades 9-12 will incur a slight cost of $100 for the summer.  The fee will be non-refundable, but the cost will be counted towards player fees for the upcoming 2019-20 season.
  • Participation is optional, but strongly encouraged as the other teams in our league also run summer programs and many start playing games and entering pre-season tournaments in August.  We want to be in a competitive position in September/October.
  • You must have a USA Hockey number to participate (last year's will work).
If your player is interested in participating in the Summer program, please send an email message to nestormhockey@gmail.com no later than Sunday, May 19, 2019 with the following information.

  2. Player's grade (for Fall 2019)

The GCHSCHL is now the OSHL!

Over the summer of 2017 our league has undergone a name change.  The Greater Columbus High School Club Hockey League is now called the Ohio Scholastic Hockey League.  The change was made for various reasons, including wanting the ability to recognize the continued importance of education as well as recognizing the fact that we have teams in the league outside of the Columbus area.
